Shipping Policy

Sending work to Auto-Cal is very easy, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Generate a signed Purchase Order with the following information:

    • Item Description

    • Serial Number

    • Services Requested

    • Manufacturer's tolerance for items

    • Other instructions/specifications for items



  2. Pack items in manner suitable for Return Shipping.

    • Specify "Do Not Insure Return Shipment" if you do not want to be billed for Insured Return Shipping

    • Send to Auto-Cal "Shipping Prepaid" by carrier of your choice.



  3. For orders over $400.00, please enclose 3 trade references with your Purchase Order.

  4. Ship to:

Auto-Cal returns shipments via FedEx, UPS, or via your carrier if the account number is provided. All shipments are insured for known/estimated Replacement Value, unless otherwise specified on your Purchase Order.
