Calibration & Repair Services

We provide an ISO-17025 Sect. 5.10 compliant test report with Nominal Size and Calibrated Values.  Calibration Certificates show method of calibration, equipment, and reference gages with NIST Traceable Certification numbers.  All Calibrations and Documentation are in compliance with applicable Standards: ISO, ANSI-Z540, ASME, Federal, NAVAIR, DOD, and client-requested special procedures.

All calibrations measurements are taken with differential Heidenhain scales and gages. A Heidenhain IK-220 reads gage and scale Position Values.  Auto-Cal Micro-Measure 2100 Software Records Measured Values to Repeatable Accuracy of at least 1 Decade better than specified measurement accuracy.  Values are Automatically entered into Excel Calibration Data Sheets for accuracy.
